Role Summary
Support manufacturing processes by improving efficiency, standardizing methods, and assisting production operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in process development, line balancing, and layout optimization
- Prepare and maintain SOPs, WIs, and process documentation
- Provide production support and troubleshoot process issues
- Conduct time studies and support productivity improvements
- Participate in Lean initiatives (5S, Kaizen)
- Support NPI and engineering changes (ECN/ECO)
- Perform basic root cause analysis (5 Why, Fishbone)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical / Electronics / Industrial Engineering
- 1–2 years in manufacturing / methods / process engineering (PCBA preferred)
Skills
- Basic Lean knowledge and process improvement
- Understanding of manufacturing/PCBA processes
- MS Excel proficiency
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
