Role Objective
Support critical Business Finance operations by ensuring accurate month-end closure, strong inventory controls, and costing validation, with strict adherence to financial controls and policies.
Core Responsibilities
• Month-End Close: JV validation, provisions, revenue checks, SMNM provisioning
• Inventory Controls: PV execution, reconciliation, provision validation
• Costing: New product costing (CAC) validation, billing block resolution
• Process Support: Scrap accounting, intra-unit reconciliations
• Audit Support: Assist in internal & statutory audits, ensure control compliance
• MIS: GL scrutiny, provision tracking, finance reporting support
Key Outcomes Expected
• Timely and accurate month-end closure
• Strong inventory governance and control adherence
• Accurate costing validation and financial data reliability
• Smooth audit execution with zero control gaps
Candidate Profile
• Qualification: CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA Finance / B.Com
• Experience: 4–8 years in manufacturing / plant finance
• Exposure: Month-end closing, inventory accounting, ERP systems
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
