Job Description
The Audit Excellence Consultant will support the global Internal Audit Excellence (IAE) function by driving data management, analytics, and audit systems governance. The role will work closely with Process Excellence & Strategy Leader to enhance the accuracy, reliability, and usability of audit data, ensuring strong alignment across Audit Management Systems.
Position Summary
1. Audit Data Management & Reconciliation
• Perform end-to-end data reconciliation between Optro and Resolver systems
• Monitor and improve data quality, consistency, and completeness
• Identify and resolve discrepancies across audit repositories
• Maintain audit datasets supporting IA KPIs and reporting
2. Data Analytics & Reporting
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models
• Support IA Scorecards, KPIs, and performance tracking
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, risks, and efficiency opportunities
• Leverage analytics to support QAIP and audit follow-up activities
3. Audit Tools & Systems Governance
• Act as a support backbone for audit tools management
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Audit Management Systems
• Support global SPOC activities for audit tools and data flows4. Project Management Support
• Support Audit Excellence initiatives (e.g., AI/DA development, process improvements)
• Contribute to project tracking, coordination, and delivery
• Collaborate with global stakeholders across regions
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field
Experience:
• 2–5 years in audit analytics, data management, or consulting
• Experience with audit systems or large datasets strongly preferred
Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI / Tableau, and data analysis tools
• Familiarity with audit systems (Resolver / Optro or similar) is a plus
