Process: NSDC RPO - Staffing Process
Job Responsibilities:
• Employer outreach and coordination
• Candidate sourcing and follow-up
• Interview scheduling and facilitation
• Maintaining candidate and employer communication
• Ensuring smooth interview and joining process
Eligibility Criteria:
• Minimum Qualification: Graduate
• Minimum 1 year of experience required in Recruitment/RPO (Call Center Experiance Preffered)
• Good communication and coordination skills
Shift Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Working Days: 6 Days Working (Sunday Fixed Off)
