Requirements - Qualification - 12th, ITI Electrician

Roles and Responsibilities-
- Assemble and solder electronic components on PCBs and wiring harnesses according to technical drawings and quality standards.
- Inspect solder joints and electronic assemblies to ensure proper connectivity, durability, and compliance with production specifications.
- Operate and maintain soldering tools, stations, and related equipment safely and efficiently.
- Identify and troubleshoot defects such as cold joints, short circuits, or damaged components during the production process.
- Follow workplace safety procedures, ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) guidelines, and maintain accurate production and quality records.
