Looking for experienced civil engineer for the supervision of civil engineering works of STP/WTP plants.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor all civil construction activities related to STP/WTP projects to ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and site engineers for smooth execution of civil works.
- Ensure compliance with project schedules, safety standards, and statutory regulations during construction activities.
- Review construction drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and method statements before execution.
- Supervise RCC works, structural works, foundations, underground tanks, pipe trenches, buildings, and finishing works associated with treatment plants.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, material quality, and construction progress.
- Verify measurements, contractor bills, and material consumption records.
- Ensure proper quality control procedures, testing of construction materials, and adherence to QA/QC standards.
- Identify and resolve technical issues arising during project execution in coordination with design and engineering teams.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Ensure proper implementation of safety practices and housekeeping at construction sites.
