Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Executive to manage daily HR activities, employee lifecycle processes, and HR coordination. The candidate will ensure smooth HR operations while maintaining compliance, employee records, and communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling end-to-end HR operations activities
- Employee onboarding & joining formalities
- Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
- Attendance, leave & payroll coordination
- Managing employee database and MIS reports
- Coordination with recruitment and operations teams
- Handling employee queries and HR support activities
- Preparation of offer letters, appointment letters & other HR documents
- Exit formalities and full & final settlement coordination
- Maintaining HR policies and compliance records
- Vendor and contractor coordination, if required
Required Skills
