Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Carpenter Trainer to lead training programs focused on carpentry techniques, woodworking skills, tool handling, and workplace safety.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver structured carpentry training programs.
- Conduct hands-on workshops on cutting, shaping, assembling, and finishing wood products.
- Train participants in the use of carpentry tools, machines, and materials.
- Demonstrate furniture making, joinery techniques, measurements, and finishing work.
- Assess trainee progress through practical evaluations.
- Stay updated with modern carpentry methods and tools.
- Maintain training records and evaluation reports.
- Promote teamwork, discipline, and safe work practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of practical carpentry experience.
- Proficiency in woodworking, furniture making, and finishing techniques.
- 12th pass or equivalent required.
- Vocational training/certification preferred.
- Previous teaching/training experience preferred.
