Job Title: Management Trainee – Disaster Management & Mobility Projects

Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic and driven Master’s graduates to join our team as Management Trainees / Executives. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with basic exposure to Disaster Management, Mobility Projects, Branding, Marketing, Proposal Writing, or Tendering. The candidate will support end-to-end project activities, client requirements, and business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Coordination & Execution
- Support execution and coordination of Disaster Management & Mobility projects
- Conduct research, data analysis, documentation, and reporting for ongoing and upcoming projects
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams for timely project delivery
- Prepare presentations, reports, proposals, and client communication documents
2. Proposal, Tendering & Business Development
- Assist in proposal writing, concept paper preparation, tender documentation, and bid submissions
- Monitor upcoming tenders, RFPs, and DRR/DRM business opportunities
- Support tender management activities, including pre-bid coordination and client follow-ups
- Build and maintain relationships with Government Departments, PSUs, Corporate Bodies, and Private Organizations
- Identify prospective clients, maintain business databases, and explore new business opportunities in DRR & DRM
- Coordinate with domain experts and support their empanelment as consultants/resource persons
3. Training Delivery & Program Management
- Develop and manage training calendars for DRR & DRM programs, including Government-sponsored initiatives
- Coordinate and support training delivery at client locations and assigned venues
- Supervise training sessions, workshops, conferences, and consultancy assignments
- Prepare training reports and monitor overall program effectiveness
- Deliver sessions/workshops as per domain expertise and project requirements
- Manage logistics and operational arrangements related to training and consultancy programs
Eligibility Criteria
- Master’s Degree (preferred specialization in relevant fields)
- Freshers are welcome; prior internship/project experience will be an added advantage
- Basic understanding of Disaster Management / Mobility / Marketing / Tendering processes
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication (written & verbal)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Quick learner with a proactive approach
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Exposure to government projects / tenders / proposal writing
- Understanding of branding and marketing strategies
- Interest in infrastructure, mobility, or public sector projects
