Job Title: Picker / Packer / Loader / Unloader

 Job Summary: We are seeking hardworking and reliable Warehouse Associates to support daily warehouse operations. The role involves picking, packing, loading, and unloading goods while maintaining accuracy, safety, and productivity standards.

 Key Responsibilities:

•  Pick products from warehouse racks as per order sheet / system instructions.
•  Ensure correct quantity and quality of items.
•  Pack goods securely to prevent damage during transit.
•  Label packages correctly and ensure proper documentation.
•  Perform quality checks before packing and dispatch.
•  Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area.
•  Load and unload goods when required.
•  Follow safety guidelines and company SOPs.
•  Verify product codes and labels.
•  Maintain picking accuracy.
•  Load goods into delivery vehicles safely.
•  Ensure proper stacking to avoid damage.
•  Check for damages or shortages.
•  Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors.
•  Arrange goods in designated storage areas.
•  Assist in stock entry and documentation.

 Eligibility Criteria:

•  Minimum Education: 9th / 10th Pass (Preferred) but must be able to read & write.
•  Experience: 0 - 1 years (Fresher’s can apply).
•  Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials.
•  Age : - 18 - 25
•  Teamwork and coordination, Time management, Discipline and Punctuality.

 Working and Physical Conditions:

•  Rotational shifts (Morning / Evening / Night).
•  Weekly off as per company policy.
•  Overtime as per business requirement.
•  Ability to stand for long hours.
•  Ability to lift 10–20 kg (as required).
•  Comfortable working in warehouse environment.
