Job Responsibilities:
- Experience in managing Performance Campaigns - CPC, CPL, and more via Google, Facebook, and Affiliates.
- Should have excellent experience in generating quality leads to drive business.
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in managing digital performance campaigns.
- Should have formulated and implemented digital campaigns PAN India.
- Must be highly skilled in digital content creation.
- Experience in SEO, SMO, etc.
- Experience in Reputation Management on social media platforms – FB, Glassdoor, Mouthshut, etc.
- Design and implement a PAN India ATL strategy—outdoor, print, hoardings, radio, and TV.
- Must have an excellent understanding of aesthetics and creative aspects in releasing print ads.
- Must have good exposure in releasing Radio and TV ads.
- Must have good experience in developing and updating all promotional materials, including sales aids, brochures, posters, standees, signage, etc.
- Run BTL Campaigns
- Guaranteeing the quality of all branding materials according to specifications.
- Manage Creative, Digital, and PR Agencies, etc.
- Monitor competition activities and develop suitable strategies
- Coordinate blog writer, social calendars, influencer partnerships, and affiliate programs
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategy
