Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to manage customer queries and complaints. The candidate will be responsible for answering , resolving customer issues, and providing accurate information about products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Respond to customer queries via phone
Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
Maintain high customer satisfaction levels
Meet daily/weekly performance targets
Required Skills:
Good communication skills (Hindi and English preferred)
Basic computer knowledge
Customer handling and problem-solving skills
Positive attitude and professional behavior
Ability to work in rotational shifts (if required)
Team player with strong interpersonal skills
