Job Tittle: Offer Procurement Leader 

Experience: 5 - 10 years 

Qualification : B.E /B.tech or Diploma in Electrical or Electronics

Location : Bangalore, Attibele

Mission - To ensure that all project activities related but not limited to product cost, milestones, deliverables, key performance indices (KPI) and PES requirements are met according to assigned target.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sourcing and Expediting
Ensure RFQ, cost finalization, sample development, part approval in close coordination with Qual Engineering team while securing parts procurement for initial & mass pro per Industrialization target dates. Ensure timely parts & tools development with existing or new suppliers per capacity / capability analysis thru process audits & frequent supplier visits. 
Project Management 
Effective project management thru item identification, Localization / Sourcing of all unique parts / new parts per assigned OCP/NPD project. Ensure smooth project transition between various cross functional teams within purchasing & other related departments thru proper project management. Proactively resolve critical issues on regular basis without affecting manufacturing / production operations. Improvise routine work thru effective utilization of Procurement tools.
KPI and Commodity Monitoring
Achieve main project targets of Cost, TTM through flawless execution of PMP/PES process. Maintain and review scientific cost calculation matrix for various part category to ensure competent costs. Keep track of R/M trends regularly per local and global trends. Achieve defined quarterly & yearly KPI targets per management guidelines Provide purchasing updates to top management on regular basis. Perform other relatedduties that may be assigned from time to time.

At least 5-10 years’ experience in Procurement / Sourcing, Procurement Project management
Must have:
 experience in sourcing of Electronic/Electrical parts.
 experience in product cost management
 experience in should costing
 experience in e-procurement
 Experience working VA/VE activities
 Experienced working with cross functional teams .
 Result oriented, resourceful and aggressive to drive continuous improvement.
 Possesses good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
 - Should have a good experience with MRP System like SAP, and Oracle. Oracle would
be preferred.

Language Well-versed in English , Kannada , Hindi,

Travel about 10% travel.
