👤 Job Role:- Field Sourcing Executive
📍 Location: Noida
🎓 Qualification :12th Pass or Graduate (ITI/Diploma is a plus)
💼 Role and Responsibilities:-

Visit colleges, ITI, and nearby areas to find candidates
Talk to people and explain job opportunities
Do simple screening (basic questions)
Maintain daily work reports
Build strong connections with local candidates

🛵 Requirements:

Bike/Scooter is a must
Good communication skills
Comfortable with field work

💰 Salary: As per industry + Incentives
⏰ Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
