This position is on the role of Vision India Services Pvt. Ltd. for India’s largest PSU/Navaratna Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (City Gas Distribution business).
Position: Associate Executive (Fire and Safety)
Qualifications:
Full time Bachelor Engg. Degree (Fire / Fire & Safety Engg.) or Graduate engineers with PG in safety from NFSC, Nagpur / CUSAT, Cochin or equivalent course from AICTE recognized / other recognized Colleges / Deemed University or Full time Bachelor Engg. Degree with minimum 3 months certification Couse in HSE/Fire & Safety.
Required Working Experience :
3-5 Years (CGD industries / hydro carbon industries )
Skill Set Required:
- Good exposure of Microsoft office
- Have good communication skills
- Language capabilities in English, Hindi & preferably local language
- Willingness to take on sustained Site Work, Ethics & Moral values
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Managing all F&S activities in GA
2. Conduct health and safety inspections at sites and prepare reports of all the operations.
3. Conducting Job safety analysis & Safety survey at site.
4. Fault tree analysis, event tree analysis use for Root cause analysis.
5. Daily PPE compliance, unsafe act, unsafe condition monitoring at site.
6. On the job and classroom training provided to employee.
7. Accident investigation of accident and dangerous occurrences and make CAPA.
8. Work permit system implement at site.
9. Hazard identification & Risk assessment.
10. Leading in safety committee meeting.
11. Monitoring of TBT circle and compliance of TBT at site.
12. Behavior based safety implementation at site.
13. Motivational programs organized at site.
14. Celebration of safety day, road safety week, fire safety week, environment day.
15. Firefighting training with fire extinguisher to employee and securities.
16. Coordination in maintenance of firefighting equipment, First-Aid box at sites.
17. Conducting fire & safety mock drill.
