This position is on the role of Vision India Services Pvt. Ltd. for India’s largest PSU/Navaratna Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (City Gas Distribution business).
Position: Executive (Operation & Maintenance)
Qualifications:
Full time Bachelor Engg. Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil/ Production /Inst. Engineering with minimum 60% marks from AICTE recognized / other recognized Colleges / Deemed University
Required Working Experience:
At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in O&M in hydro carbon industries with minimum 3 years in O&M in CGD industries
Skill Set Required:
- Good exposure of Microsoft office
- Have good communication skills
- Language capabilities in English, Hindi & preferably local language
- Willingness to take on sustained Site Work, Ethics & Moral values
Roles & Responsibilities
Budgeting and Planning:
O&M:
1. Plan, develop and implement O&M procedures for maintaining integrity of the asset.
2. Plan and develop maintenance schedule of CGS, PE, LMC and Steel Network.
3. Plan and develop instrument calibration schedule.
4. To provide input of OPEX for preparing budget.
5. Plan effective asset patrolling schedule.
6. To initiate NFA for service requirement and subsequent co-ordination with C&P Dept. for the award of work.
7. Coordinate with CNG maintenance for various maintenance schedule. Administer stations as per guidelines
8. Review & authenticate CNG Sales Report. Cash & credit accountability
9. Report on equipment availability & performance monitoring
10. CNG operator Management & CNG Gas Accountability
11. Coordinate with Oil companies for co located station operations.
12. Monitoring various statutory compliances e.g. CCOE, W&M, Factory Inspectors, local Authorities etc.
13. Or any other job assigned from time to time
Billing:
1. Area wise Planning and scheduling of Meter Reading & Bill Distribution (MRBD).
2. Planning & deployment of MRBD Executives in order to achieve timely completion of MRBD activity.
3. Debt & recovery management.
4. To initiate NFA for service requirement and subsequent co-ordination with C&P Dept. for the award of work.
Responsibilities:
O&M:
1. Co-ordination with Third Party Utility agencies working near laid gas pipeline network.
2. Carrying out scheduled valve maintenance, Lock Pressure Test (LPT), Leak Detection Test (LDT), Service Regulator (SR), DRS, MRS maintenance etc.
3. O&M of Odorizing Unit.
4. Security and Patrolling contract management.
5. Providing after sales support and services to customers
6. Carrying out pre-commissioning audit along with project department.
7. Annual maintenance of each Domestic and Commercial customer.
8. Ensuring calibration of Pipeline Locator, Electro fusion Machine, Meter, Pressure Gauge etc.
9. TLP & CP monitoring.
10. Meter reading and installation inspection of DRS, MRS and Commercial connection.
11. Load testing of Industrial & Commercial customers.
12. Attending to complaints logged in SAP / phone / walk-in and resolving them with timely and proper feedback.
13. Conducting joint survey and feasibility study for setting up new CNG Stations at strategic locations.
14. Planning, Execution and monitoring of project activities Viz, Civil construction, SS Tubing, Electrical work etc at CNG station.
15. Material planning to ensure material availability in IOAGPL stores for smooth execution of work.
16. To initiate NFA for service and material requirement and subsequent co-ordination with C&P Dept. for the award of WO & PO for CNG work.
17. Monitor CNG O&M contract and ensure timely execution of scheduled maintenance work.
18. Ensure overall safety of workforce and machineries at CNG Station.
19. Ensure renewal of PESO/Fire licenses in co-ordination with Dealers/OMCs.
20. Ensure timely calibration of equipment/instruments.
21. Regular training of CNG Fillers/Operators to ensure cylinder conformity and safe dispensation of CNG.
22. Updating CNG sales price at all stations as and when required. Ensuring price break-up display at each station.
23. Preparing Daily Sales Report (DSR) and sending to concerned for SAP updation.
24. Signing of Fortnight JC with OMC/Dealer.
25. Submission of CNG bills to dealers/OMCs.
26. Time to time study of pollution levels and prepare comparative report on benefits obtained by use of CNG vehicles.
27. Co-ordination with HO for regular review of gas price in comparison with other conventional fuels.
28. Achieve agreed upon targets and outcomes within schedule.
29. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
Billing:
1. Move-In of converted customers within stipulated time.
2. Providing Meter Reading Order (MRO) for Meter reading to MRBD vendor.
3. Analyze and cross verify meter readings.
4. Uploading meter reading in SAP.
5. Providing invoices for Bill Distribution to MRBD vendor.
6. Generation of extra service invoice.
7. MRBD contract management.
8. Attending to complaints logged in SAP / phone / walk-in and resolving them with timely and proper feedback.
9. Co-ordination with HO for the generation MRO, Invoices and payment update.
10. Providing GCV values on daily basis to HO team.
11. Monitoring and follow up for pending payment against invoices.
Data Management:
O&M:
1. Maintaining records of valve maintenance, Lock Pressure Test (LPT), Leak Detection Test (LDT), Service Regulator (SR), DRS, MRS maintenance etc.
2. Odorizing Unit PPM monitoring report.
3. Maintaining Commercial and Industrial Consumption report.
4. NG Conversion report.
5. Annual maintenance report of each Domestic and Commercial customer.
6. Maintaining instrument calibration report.
7. Maintaining Vehicle Tracking System (VTS) data of Line Patrolling.
8. Maintaining records for CP reading.
9. Maintaining testing & commissioning record of the asset.
Billing:
1. Master Data of consumption pattern.
2. Monthly MIS of payment receipt.
3. Debt & recovery management record.
4. Master Data for Move-In.
5. Maintain and record meter readings.
6. KYC update.
