This position is on the role of Vision India Services Pvt. Ltd. for India’s largest PSU/Navaratna Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (City Gas Distribution business).

Position: Executive (Project and Construction)

Qualifications: 

Full time Bachelor Engineering Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Inst. Engineering with minimum 60% marks from AICTE recognized / other recognized Colleges / Deemed University

Required Working Experience:

At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in executing project in CGD industries / hydro carbon industries i.e. hydrocarbon process plants, pipelines (hydro carbon / Crude /Oil/Gas), Petro Chemical plant, LPG plant, Refinery, LNG liquefaction or/ and re-gas terminal etc. with at least 3 years of experience in execution of CGD project

Skill Set Required:

• Good exposure of Microsoft office
• Have good communication skills
• Language capabilities in English, Hindi & preferably local language
• Willingness to take on sustained Site Work, Ethics & Moral values

Roles & Responsibilities

Steel:

1.       Continuously develop knowledge of best industry practices and update Job procedures time to time.

2.       Carry out survey and propose best possible routes for CNG/DRS connectivity.

3.       Supervise and witness activities of steel laying work as per job procedures.

4.       Co-ordinate with third party utility service providers for safe passage during laying by HDD.

5.       Co-ordinate with O&M team and provide assistance for third party crossing works near steel network.

6.       Plan, Supervise and witness steel pipeline Testing & Commissioning work.

7.       Assess material requirement as per laying plan and initiate purchase requisition for procurement.

8.       Monitor inventory for steel material

9.       Maintain contractor-wise daily progress record.

10.   Process RA bills of contractors.

11.   Ensuring PNGRB Compliance reports and maintain record.

12.   Updating as-built drawings.

PE:

1.       Supervise and witness PE laying & Electro fusion jointing work.

2.       Supervise and witness PE Backfilling & Restoration work.

3.       Supervise and witness PE Flushing, Testing & Commissioning work.

4.       Carry out survey and route finalization for LMC work as per SOP/Specification before execution.

5.       Briefing customer about the DO’s & Don’t for PNG.

6.       Briefing customer about the marketing scheme and tariff card for any additional services.

7.       Supervise and witness LMC installation work is being carried out as per finalized route/drawing/specification.

8.       Verification of measurement PE/LMC work at site for contractor’s work.

9.       Ensuring daily updating of DPR.

CNG:

1.       Coordinate with Oil companies for co located station operations.

2.       Monitoring various statutory compliances e.g. CCOE, W&M, Factory Inspectors, local Authorities etc.

3.       Plan, develop and oversee the requirement of CNG Stations.

4.       To provide input for preparing budget target for CNG.

5.       To plan regular meetings with Statutory Authorities/Retro fitters/ CNG Vehicle Dealers/ Transporters etc. to promote use of CNG.

6.       Plan for preparation of layouts and subsequent PESO/CFO/DM approvals in co-ordination with OMCs for targeted CNG Stations.

7.       Conducting joint survey and feasibility study for setting up new CNG Stations at strategic locations.

8.   Planning, Execution and monitoring of project activities Viz, Civil construction, SS Tubing, Electrical work etc. at CNG station.

9.   Material planning to ensure material availability in IOCL stores for smooth execution of work.

10.   Ensure overall safety of workforce and machineries at CNG Station.

11.   Ensure renewal of PESO/Fire licenses in co-ordination with Dealers/OMCs.

12.   Ensure timely calibration of equipment/instruments.

13.   Achieve agreed upon targets and outcomes within schedule.

14.   Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
