Key Responsibilities
• Data Management: Accurately enter and update records in the company database or ERP system.
• Verification: Review source documents for deficiencies or errors and correct any incompatibilities.
• Reporting: Prepare and sort documents for data entry and generate daily/weekly status reports.
• Documentation: Maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.
Requirements
• Skills: High typing speed and accuracy (35+ WPM) with proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience: Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles.
• Attributes: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Education: Graduate or Higher Secondary (10+2) with basic computer certification.
