Job Summary
The CCE Trainer is responsible for delivering structured training programs to trainees to develop their communication, product knowledge, and customer handling skills. The role focuses on preparing trainees to handle live operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and virtual training sessions for new trainees
- Train on communication skills, voice & accent, and customer handling techniques
- Provide process and product training to trainees
- Conduct role-plays, mock calls, and practical sessions
- Evaluate trainee performance through tests and assessments
- Provide regular feedback, coaching, and improvement plans
- Ensure trainees meet required performance standards before going live
- Maintain training reports, attendance, and progress trackers
- Support trainees during OJT (On-the-Job Training)
- Coordinate with operations and quality teams for training requirements
