We are seeking an experienced Vocational Trainer- Electronics to join our team. The trainer will be responsible for training data entry operators in accurately and efficiently entering data into computer systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train trainees/ Student on data entry software and systems
- Develop and deliver training programs on data entry best practices and procedures
- Conduct hands-on training sessions and demonstrations
- Assess trainees' progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with the data management team to ensure training is relevant and effective
- Create and update training materials, manuals, and documentation
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Provide guidance on data quality and accuracy
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in data entry and management
- Strong knowledge of computer systems and software
- Excellent communication and instructional skills
- Ability to develop and deliver training programs
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience in data entry and management is essential
Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor Computer Application / Science/Information Technology / Application
- Graduate with PGDCA (Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications)
- DOEACC A Level Certificate
Experience
- Minimum 1 year working / Teaching experience in the Same job role
