Requirements
The trainer needs to have expertise in the topics listed below. Must have extensive experience and knowledge in: -
- Front Office Operations – Different types of Hotels (Need at least 3 years of experience letter for the same when submitting your CV).
- Reservation Procedures and Guest Tracking
- Hospitality Software – Fidelio / Opera
- F&B Service, Banquets, Dining Etiquettes, Table Manners, and Table Layout
- Housekeeping Operations
- Basics of the French language and commonly used terms; Different types of menus.
- F&B Production, Menu Planning, Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic Beverages
- Various Types of Cutlery
- Room servicing and different types of rooms
Industry Exposure Required
- Out of total experience, a minimum of 3-4 years of experience must be in a 5-star Hotel
- Functional Reporting
- Center Operations Manager / Regional Delivery Head
- Administrative Reporting
- Centre Operations Manager
- IT Knowledge/ Other Competencies
