Key Responsibilities
- On-Field Sourcing: Conduct door-to-door sourcing, canopy activities, and community visits to identify potential candidates.
- Travel: Willingness to travel extensively across various locations in and around Bangalore for recruitment drives and field work.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
- Networking: Build and maintain relationships with local hubs, training centers, and community leaders to create a steady pipeline of talent.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate daily reports of field leads and candidate status in Excel or Google Sheets.
Requirements & Skills
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for data tracking.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse groups of people.
- Experience: Proven ability to handle pressure and meet hiring targets.
- Mobility: Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license for field visits.
Note: Candidate Must be willing to travel across the city for field recruitment work.
