Job Description
The Telesales Executive will be responsible for outbound calling, lead conversion, and revenue generation for professional resume writing services.The role requires strong sales skills, objection handling, CRM usage, and the ability to deliver a high-quality customer experience while achieving daily productivity and sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Sales & Lead Conversion
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Present and sell services including:
- CV/Resume Writing
- Cover Letter Writing
- LinkedIn Profile Optimization
- Job Search Kits
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable service packages.
- Achieve daily sales target and conversion benchmarks.
- Lead Management & CRM
- Update CRM with accurate call dispositions, notes, and follow-up actions.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with warm leads.
- Maintain detailed customer interaction records.
- Customer Handling
- Handle objections related to pricing, delivery timelines, and service value.
- Guide customers through the payment process and confirm transactions.
- Ensure a positive buying experience and post-sale confirmation.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months – 1 year telesales experience.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling experience.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
Training Criteria
1 Day classroom Training + 6 Days OJT.
Note:- During OJT candidate needs to complete 3 sales.
Post certification 1 sale per day.
