kill Set Required:

• End-to-end experience in SPM (Special Purpose Machine) design
• Strong exposure to concept design → detailed design → execution → final delivery
• Ability to independently develop machine concepts based on customer requirements
• Hands-on in design calculations, material selection, and mechanism design
• Proficiency in 3D modeling (SolidWorks / Creo) and 2D drawings (AutoCAD)
• Strong knowledge of GD&T, tolerances, fabrication, machining, Motors, Gears, bearings  
• Experience in BOM preparation and ERP/SAP handling
• Good understanding of DFM/DFA and cost optimization
• Exposure to assembly support, troubleshooting, FAT/SAT, and site issues
• Strong coordination with production, electrical, and application teams

• Proven experience in handling complete SPM lifecycle independently
