Job summary:
Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst who can convert data into clear insights using Tableau dashboards and also use Microsoft 365 tools to improve reporting, automation, and collaboration.
Job Description:
 Work with cross functional teams to understand the business process and needs in- terms of data visualisation
 Prepare data collection strategy based on source data (Excel template/ connection to data lake)
 Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and issues
 Prepare BI dashboard proposals with right selection of tools for representing different types of data and present to leadership team for approval
 Develop Tableau and MS Excel dashboard/Power BI that are insightful and easy to understand. Complete testing and publish the dashboard
 Monitor the usage of published dashboards
 Maintain the dashboards with periodic update of data and trouble shoot if there are any issues
 Work with cross functional teams to collect data on periodic basis. Build RPA for pulling data from ERP or other systems periodically, where required
 Create intranet share point pages to publish information/dashboard
 Use Power automate to create workflows/ send notifications or alerts
 Follow organisation guidelines to ensure data security and manage permissions for reports, dashboards and share point content

Skills:
 Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering (computer science) or related field
 Strong analytical and problem solving skills
 Hands on experience and proficiency in Tableau and MS excel (mandatory). Knowledge of Power BI is good to have
 Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 including power automate, share point
 Good communication, presentation and cross functional collaboration skills
