Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Computer Operator to manage daily computer-based tasks, handle email communications, and maintain regular follow-ups with customers. The ideal candidate should have good typing skills, basic technical knowledge, and strong communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate computer systems and perform routine data entry tasks accurately
Send and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
Maintain regular follow-ups with customers via email to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution
Keep records of customer interactions and update databases
Monitor email inboxes and prioritize important communications
Assist in preparing reports, documents, and spreadsheets as required
Ensure proper organization and filing of digital records
Coordinate with team members for task updates and customer requirements
*Required Skills and Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of computers and office software (MS Word, Excel, Email platforms)
Good written communication skills in English (and local language if required)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage time and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Typing speed with accuracy
Basic understanding of customer service practices
*Experience:
Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply
*Education:
Minimum 12th pass or equivalent; additional computer certification is a plus
