Job Responsibilities
· Responsible for the entire recruitment process (from sourcing to hiring) within the organization and developing a talent pool pipeline across all verticals.
· Experience in lateral hiring for sales and other support functions
· Build and maintain a high-quality database using available resources optimally, such as Job Portals, Walk-ins, Advertisements, Employee Referrals, etc.
· Write job descriptions, understand the JD, and prepare a recruitment plan accordingly.
- Meet with hiring managers to discuss job duties and the team.
- Vendor Management
- Send trackers to respective HODs daily, weekly, or monthly based on requirements.
· Managing a team of 10-15 recruiters, each hiring 8-10 candidates per month for middle and senior-level positions.
