We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to handle customer queries, provide support, and ensure a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, patience, and a customer-first mindset.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chats
Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
Provide accurate information about products/services
Escalate complex issues to the relevant department
Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers
KEY REQUIREMENT
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good problem-solving abilities
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Ability to handle pressure and manage time effectively
Active listening and interpersonal skills
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)
