Key Responsibilities:
A. Execute Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Manage the end-to-end hiring process for diverse commercial roles, including technical and plant-based roles, such as Production Engineers, Maintenance Techs, Quality Control Specialists, and Plant Operations Managers.
B. Strategic Collaboration:
Partner with Plant Managers and Engineering Heads to define technical requirements, safety certifications, and the specific "Hands-on DNA" required for a high-pressure manufacturing environment.
C. Multi-Channel Sourcing:
Identify and attract high-caliber talent through various channels, including job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, professional references, and internal databases.
D. Candidate Assessment:
Perform rigorous resume screening and conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate cultural fit and core qualifications.
E. Stakeholder Coordination:
Efficiently schedule and facilitate interview rounds between candidates and internal stakeholders.
F. Data Management:
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and generate detailed MIS reports to provide visibility into hiring metrics.
G. Pipeline Development:
Proactively build and nurture a robust network of finance professionals to meet both current and future organizational needs.
