Job description: 
1. Perform receiving inspections (Visual) on incoming raw materials and packing materials as per defined specifications. 
2. Perform monitoring of key process inputs and process variables & communicate to the shop floor for process adjustments, as may be required to the appropriate production personal and work with them. 
3. Perform in-process inspections (Visual & dimensional) on the product being produced &/or packed in the prescribed packing materials as per defined specifications. 
4. Handle various equipment's like Viscometer, Densimeter, Refractometer and 
5. Conduct periodical calibration of all the measuring and quality equipment’s 
6. Rejects nonconforming materials & components by segregating, labelling and quarantining the lots. Communicate & report the nonconformities to the supervisor. 
7. Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures. 
8. Candidate should learn and follow GLP. 
9. To ensure the discipline and cleanliness in laboratory and shop floor 

Required Education/Experience: 
1. B.Sc (Chemistry) 
2. Sound knowledge in qualitative analysis. 
3. Candidate should have willingness to work in shifts. 
4. Experience: 0-1 year

Candidates who can join immediately in a week or so as it is an urgent requirement for the factory.
