The Role:
This role is responsible for driving a seamless onboarding experience while serving as the primary system administrator for employee queries. This individual focuses heavily on efficiently raising, routing, and resolving HR tickets, maintaining accurate data across mandatory HRIS platforms, and leveraging SAP to ensure smooth operational workflows.
Compensation:
The annual compensation for this role is upto INR 6,00,000*.

Key Responsibilities:
Ticket Generation and Query Resolution :
Act as the central operational hub, the Coordinator proactively raises, assigns, and manages HR helpdesk tickets for employee inquiries regarding policies, payroll, and system access. They ensure that every request is documented and resolved accurately within established SLAs.
HRIS and Data Administration :
Take full ownership of maintaining and updating accurate employee lifecycle records within the primary Human Resources Information System (HRIS). They oversee digital document collection, database integrity, and strict compliance with internal data privacy standards.
Functional Operations :
The Coordinator leverages functional knowledge of SAP modules to cross-reference employee data, process operational requests, and support cross-departmental workflows, ensuring data consistency between HR, Finance, and IT.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
i. Bachelor’s degree in business administration/B.Tech is required
ii. MBA is strongly preferred
Experience:
i. Minimum of 2 years of experience is required
Technical Skills:
i. HRIS Proficiency: Extensive, hands-on experience navigating, updating, and managing enterprise Human Resources Information Systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, or BambooHR).
ii. SAP Functional Knowledge: Demonstrated functional capability in navigating and utilizing SAP for HR, payroll, and operational data management.
iii. Ticketing Systems: Strong expertise in raising tickets and managing resolution workflows through dedicated HR helpdesk or service management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk).
Soft Skills:
- Fluency in English is required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
