Job Description:
Identification of Villages / Customers: Field executive to identify good village on the basis of Customer behaviour, Repayment history, Village connectivity and Population & Political stability.
Sourcing:
- Identification of good customers in allotted village, to assess the creditworthiness of the customer
- Assist in group formation by associating 4-5 rural women from same socio-economic background
- Completing business processing activity through: data entry of customer and household (QDE& DDE), Application Form filling
- Conducting core group training on product feature, group responsibilities, repayment norms, etc.
- Renewal of existing clients for repeat loan
- Customer life cycle management right from sourcing, servicing and renewals.
- Taking referrals from existing clients for further sourcing new clients with good credit profile
- Inform customers about loan importance for income generation, good credit history and group responsibility.
- Address the customer grievances.
Repayment:
- Help in death claim settlement & document updation for insurance.
- Create awareness among customers about credit score and how timely repayments affect the same.
- Planning of repayment activity.
- With help of active and good customers increase customer base in market.
Financial Literacy Campaigns & other Awareness Activities:
- Apart from Business activities FE also need to perform other activities, which help to build and maintain relationship with customers.
