The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and analyzing data related to skill development programs. The role involves supporting operations teams with accurate reporting, ensuring data quality, and tracking candidate progress across various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update daily MIS reports related to training, candidates, and placements.
- Manage large volumes of data in Excel and internal systems with high accuracy.
- Track candidate lifecycle (mobilization, training, assessment, placement, and retention).
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for internal teams and clients.
- Ensure proper documentation and data validation of candidates.
- Coordinate with field teams, trainers, and placement teams for data collection and updates.
- Monitor batch progress, attendance, and performance records.
- Identify data gaps, errors, and inconsistencies and resolve them proactively.
- Generate dashboards and reports for management review.
- Support audits by maintaining proper records and documentation.
- Work closely with operations team to improve reporting efficiency and processes.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Basic understanding of skill development or training programs (preferred)
