Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Printer Service Engineer to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair printers and multifunction devices at customer locations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with photocopiers, and multifunction devices.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and copiers, and multifunction devices.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of printers.
- Replace defective parts such as fusers, rollers, drums, power supplies, and formatter boards.
- Attend customer service calls and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain service records, job reports, and spare parts inventory.
- Coordinate with customers regarding service schedules and machine status.
- Provide technical support and basic user training when required.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or ITI in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Hardware, or a related field.
- Relevant certification in printer or office automation equipment is an advantage.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of printer hardware and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of networking concepts, TCP/IP, and printer connectivity.
- Experience with multifunction devices, and photocopiers.
- Ability to read technical manuals and service documentation.
- Ability to work independently and manage field service calls.
Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in printer servicing and maintenance.
- Experience with brands such as HP, Canon Kyocera or Konica Minolta is preferred.

For Fresher -12k-15k.
For Experience of
Minimum 2 Years - 18k
For 2 years to 5 years - 25k
For 5 years to 10 years - 35k
More than 10 Years - 45k
