Role: Business Development Manager - Trainer on Demand (TOD)

We are looking to hire a Business Development Manager for our Trainer on Demand (TOD) business. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of building and scaling this business line.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the end-to-end development of the Trainer on Demand (TOD) business.
- Design and execute the go-to-market plan to establish and grow the TOD offering.
- Build and manage the supply side, including identifying, onboarding, and maintaining a strong pool of qualified trainers.
- Drive the demand and sales side of the business by actively engaging with organizations to position and sell TOD services.
- Establish and nurture relationships with HR Heads, Learning & Development Heads, and Training Leaders across companies to promote and deploy TOD solutions.
- Identify new market opportunities and partnerships to scale the TOD business.
Candidate Profile:
- Strong business development and sales acumen, with a proven ability to drive revenue.
- Experience in the training, learning & development, or corporate training ecosystem is strongly preferred.
- Ability to build both supply (trainer network) and demand (corporate clients) sides of the business.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills with senior HR and L&D Managers.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to own and scale a new business initiative.
