Role: Business Development Manager - ROD (RECRUITMENT ON DEMAND)

Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales driven Business Development Manager (ROD) who will own the entire project lifecycle, including Go-To-Market strategy, recruiter supply chain creation, and sales lead generation with HR leaders and company heads. The ideal candidate should come from the HR/Recruitment domain with strong sales acumen and a go-getter attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the ROD project end-to-end, from planning to execution.
- Develop and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies to scale the program.
- Build and manage a supply chain of recruiters to support project requirements.
- Generate and convert sales leads by engaging with HR Managers, HR Heads, and business leaders.
- Establish strong relationships with companies and decision-makers to drive partnerships.
- Identify new business opportunities within the HR and recruitment ecosystem.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and recruiter engagement.
- Track sales pipeline, partnerships, and recruiter network growth.
Key Requirements
- 3–8 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or HR services sales.
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals with HR leaders.
- Experience in building recruiter networks or managing recruitment supply chains is a plus.
- Go-getter mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Preferred Profile
- Background in HR consulting, recruitment firms, staffing companies, or HR tech platforms would be preferred
- Strong industry network with HR managers and talent leaders will be added advantage.
