Job Summary:
The Vocational Trainer – Tourism & Hospitality will be responsible for delivering skill-based training to students/trainees as per the curriculum of the Tourism & Hospitality sector. The trainer will focus on developing practical skills, industry knowledge, and employability of trainees to prepare them for jobs in hotels, travel, and hospitality services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training Delivery
Conduct classroom and practical training sessions in Tourism & Hospitality as per the approved curriculum.
Train students on hospitality services, guest handling, housekeeping basics, front office operations, and customer service.
Ensure trainees understand industry standards and professional behavior.
2. Curriculum Implementation
Follow the training modules, lesson plans, and assessment guidelines.
Use interactive teaching methods such as role plays, demonstrations, and practical sessions.
3. Trainee Development
Monitor trainee attendance, performance, and skill development.
Provide mentoring and support to improve employability skills.
4. Practical & Industry Exposure
Organize practical sessions and simulations related to hotel and tourism operations.
Support trainees in developing communication, grooming, and customer service skills.

Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate / Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
Good communication and presentation skills.
