Job Summary
We are looking for responsible and reliable Delivery Riders to join our team in Dubai. The rider will be responsible for delivering orders safely and on time while maintaining excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Pick up and deliver orders to customers within the assigned area.
Ensure timely and safe delivery of food, parcels, or packages.
Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules.
Handle cash or digital payments when required.
Maintain the motorcycle/bike in good condition.
Follow all traffic rules and safety regulations.
Communicate with dispatch or operations team regarding deliveries.
Provide courteous and professional service to customers.
Requirements
Valid UAE Motorcycle Driving License (or eligible to obtain one).
Previous experience as a delivery rider is preferred.
Good knowledge of Dubai routes and locations.
Basic English communication skills.
Physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions.
Responsible, punctual, and customer-friendly.
