Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers who will be responsible for contacting potential customers, providing information about services, and generating leads. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.
Key Responsibilities
📞 Calling & Lead Generation
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain company services.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
- Maintain a database of customer information and update call records.
👥 Customer Interaction
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain relationships.
- Address client concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
💻 Data Management
- Update customer details and call outcomes in CRM or company systems.
- Maintain daily call reports and lead tracking sheets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for lead conversion and follow-ups.
Skills & Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
- Customer-oriented approach
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Qualification
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
