Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development and Revenue Growth
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients across multiple industries.
- Drive sales for staffing, recruitment, and HR technology solutions.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise and MSME clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
- Position the organization as a strategic workforce solutions partner.
3. Account Management and Business Expansion
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling services to existing clients.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment and service delivery.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
4. Market Development
- Analyze the local market in Indore and surrounding regions to identify potential opportunities.
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Participate in industry events and networking forums to expand the business network.
5. Internal Coordination
- Collaborate with recruitment, operations, and product teams to ensure effective execution of client requirements.
- Ensure alignment between sales commitments and service delivery.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5–8 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development.
- Experience in staffing, recruitment, HR technology, telecom, banking, or FMCG sales will be preferred.
- Proven ability to acquire new clients and achieve revenue targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and growth-oriented environment.
