Job Responsibilities
Facilitate outsourced agencies in identified operational areas
Provide technical support in:
o Consumer surveys
o Consumer indexing
o Smart meter installation
o Operations & Maintenance (O&M)
Guide and support Technicians/Helpers
Handle consumer interactions and resolve technical issues
Ensure achievement of committed targets
Conduct quality checks of installation and O&M work
Coordinate with DISCOM, Consumers, and Field Teams
Other Requirements
2-Wheeler with valid driving license
Android Smartphone (6GB RAM & 128GB Storage)
