Key Responsibilities
1) HR Operations (End-to-End)
· Manage employee lifecycle: hiring coordination, onboarding, documentation, confirmation, transfers, exits, F&F.
· Drive HR operations: HRIS/employee master, attendance & leave governance, letters/policies, grievances and disciplinary actions.
· Payroll support: validate attendance/OT/allowances and share accurate monthly inputs with reconciliation.
2) Statutory Compliance & Labour
· Coordinate PF/ESI/PT and labour law documentation, audits and inspections with consultants/vendors.
· Ensure contractor/vendor compliance (where applicable) and maintain mandatory registers/records.
3) MIS, Cost Control & Governance
· Publish monthly MIS: headcount, attrition, compliance status, admin/transport costs, utilization, vendor performance.
· Drive process discipline, service improvement and optimization across HR/Admin/Transport.
Key Deliverables / KPIs
· Zero delays in onboarding documentation and HR lifecycle processes.
· Accurate payroll inputs and compliance readiness.
· Transport uptime, on-time performance, and safety adherence.
· Facility readiness and vendor SLA compliance with cost optimization.
Qualifications & Experience
· Graduate / MBA (HR preferred).
· 2–5 years in HR Ops
· Strong exposure to transport operations (route planning, vendor SLAs, billing, safety compliance).
· Strong Excel/MIS, documentation discipline, negotiation and stakeholder management.
Skills & Competencies
· HR operations + site admin maturity; high ownership and execution focus.
· Strong coordination with project teams, vendors and employees.
· Calm escalation handling and problem-solving under timelines.
· Safety mindset aligned to OHSAS practices.
