This position is based out of at our Global Capability Centre (GCC) at Basudevpur - Chaputa, Hajipur, Vaishali, Bihar.
Role Overview
The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting organizational services, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting client acquisition initiatives. The role involves market research, lead generation, client engagement, and assisting in the development and execution of marketing strategies.
This position requires strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills along with the ability to understand client requirements and convert opportunities into business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients, partners, and institutions to generate business opportunities.
- Support sales outreach through meetings, calls, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Conduct market research to identify new markets, clients, and partnership opportunities.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Maintain client databases, sales trackers, and activity reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients.
- Support participation in events, institutional engagements, and outreach activities.
- Contribute to brand visibility and marketing campaigns.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred but not mandatory).
- 0–1 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development; freshers with strong communication skills may apply.
- Good communication and presentation skills in Hindi; basic English proficiency preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to undergo structured residential training at Chaputa.
