Role Overview:
The Assistnat Manager– Partnerships & Outreach will support the CSR vertical in business development, proposal creation, stakeholder coordination, and project execution. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with internal and external partners to drive CSR initiatives effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Client Scouting
 Identify and connect with potential clients including PSUs, corporates, foundations, and HNIs for CSR partnerships.
 Assist in maintaining and updating the client/prospect database.
 Actively reach out to potential CSR clients through systematic calling and outreach, schedule meetings/appointments with key decision makers, and maintain consistent follow-ups to drive engagement and convert leads into meaningful CSR opportunities.
2. Proposal Development & Support
 Draft, create, and format CSR proposals aligned with client requirements.
 Support senior team members by conducting research and contributing to proposal documentation and presentations.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration
 Engage with internal stakeholders and external agencies to collect relevant project details, costings, and impact information required for proposal development.
 Coordinate communication and follow-ups to ensure timely inputs.
4. Project Support & Coordination
 Assist in monitoring ongoing CSR projects and support reporting, documentation, and field coordination as needed.
 Help prepare progress reports, impact briefs, and communication material.
5. Center & Event Engagement Coordination
 Coordinate with center teams to organize engagement activities, visits, and events at CSR project locations.
 Provide logistical and administrative support for center-level activities.
Required Skills & Competencies:
 Strong written and verbal communication skills
 Ability to research, draft, and structure proposals
 Basic understanding of CSR ecosystem and guidelines
 Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
 Good stakeholder and coordination skills
 Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
 Ability to work under deadlines and multi-task
