Role Overview: The Recruiter will be responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment activities to fulfill project and client manpower requirements within defined timelines. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
This position requires strong communication skills, target orientation, coordination ability, and the capability to work in a fast-paced, volume-driven hiring environment. The Recruiter will play a critical role in building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, references, and field sourcing.
- Conduct initial screening and telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and project teams.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily MIS reports.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates for documentation and joining formalities.
- Support bulk hiring drives and campus recruitment initiatives.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions as per defined targets.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred but not mandatory).
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or staffing; freshers with strong communication skills may apply.
- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English proficiency preferred.
- Willingness to undergo structured residential training at Chaputa.
