Role Overview: The Trainer will be responsible for delivering structured training programs to enhance employability, workplace readiness, and professional skills of candidates deployed across projects. The role involves classroom facilitation, on-ground mentoring, performance assessment, and ensuring measurable learning outcomes. This role requires strong communication skills, confidence in public speaking, adaptability, and willingness to travel for project assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver classroom and on-field training sessions as per assigned curriculum.
- Facilitate sessions on soft skills, employability skills, behavioral training, or domain-specific modules.
- Conduct pre- and post-training assessments to measure learning effectiveness.
- Maintain training attendance, assessment records, and reporting documentation.
- Mentor and guide trainees to improve confidence, communication, and workplace behavior.
- Coordinate with project and HR teams for batch scheduling and deployment planning.
- Ensure training quality, engagement, and adherence to organizational standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM, B.Ed., or relevant specialization preferred but not mandatory).
- 0–1 year of experience in training, teaching, facilitation, or related field; confident freshers may apply.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi; working knowledge of English preferred.
- Willingness to undergo structured residential training at Chaputa.
- Flexible for travel and relocation as per project requirements.
