About The Role:
We are hiring International Customer Support Executives (Blended Process – Voice + Chat/Email) for multiple global client companies across E-commerce, SaaS, FinTech, Travel, and Logistics industries.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in International BPO, International Voice Process, or Customer Service roles who are looking to work in a high-performance, global customer support environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle International Voice Process (US/UK/AU customers)
- Manage Blended Process (Inbound Calls + Chat Support + Email Support)
- Resolve customer queries related to billing, orders, technical support, and account issues
- Maintain records in CRM systems (Salesforce / Zendesk / Freshdesk)
- Meet SLA, AHT, FCR, and CSAT targets
- Work in rotational night shifts
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in International BPO / Call Center / Contact Center
- Strong English communication (Verbal & Written)
- Experience in Blended Process (Voice + Non-Voice)
- Comfortable with US Shift / Night Shift
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools
- Immediate joiners preferred
