About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and performance-driven DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and optimize scalable cloud and on-prem infrastructure environments.
This role requires strong hands-on expertise in Kubernetes, Cloud Platforms, and CI/CD automation, along with the ability to enhance infrastructure reliability, security, and deployment efficiency in enterprise-grade production systems.
The ideal candidate will bring a balance of architectural thinking, automation-first mindset, and operational excellence.

Mandatory Technical Sills
- Strong expertise in Kubernetes (Cluster setup, scaling, troubleshooting) – 8/10
- Hands-on experience with at least one Cloud Platform (GCP preferred) – 7.5/10+
- CI/CD implementation using Azure DevOps (Azure Pipelines)
- Extensive experience with YAML-based pipeline configurations
- Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform / OpenTofu
- Strong troubleshooting skills in production environments
Preferred Skills
- Scripting knowledge (Python / Bash)
- Experience with containerization (Docker)
- Understanding of OOP concepts (C# or Java)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)
- Kubernetes / Cloud certifications
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 4–10 years of hands-on DevOps experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience handling live production environments
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering teams
- Proactive ownership mindset
Important Notes
- Candidates must be based in Mumbai or willing to relocate immediately
- Immediate joiners or short notice period candidates preferred
- Submissions must fall within the approved compensation budget (₹27 LPA max)
- Detailed project experience in Kubernetes & CI/CD is mandatory
