Roles and Responsiblities
Role Summary
The Contractor Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for managing the recruitment and sourcing of IT professional services through empaneled vendors in a high-demand environment. This role requires strong technical understanding, vendor management expertise, and the ability to negotiate commercial terms while ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify, evaluate, and engage contractors through approved vendors to meet project and business requirements.
· Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT professional services roles, ensuring timely fulfillment under high-demand conditions.
· Maintain strong relationships with empaneled vendors; monitor performance and adherence to SLAs.
· Coordinate with vendors to ensure resource quality, timely onboarding, and compliance with contractual obligations.
· Negotiate rate cards and commercial terms to achieve cost optimization.
· Ensure all sourcing activities comply with organizational policies, legal requirements, and audit standards.
· Work closely with internal teams (IT, HR, Finance, Procurement) to understand resource needs and align sourcing strategies.
· Provide regular updates and dashboards on sourcing progress, vendor performance, and cost metrics.
· Identify gaps in sourcing processes and implement improvements for efficiency and scalability.
· Support automation initiatives for reporting and vendor governance.
Required Skills & Experience
· Experience: 5–8 years in IT recruitment/vendor management, preferably in professional services sourcing.
· Technical Knowledge: Understanding of IT roles (SAP, Cloud, Infra, Development) and ability to assess technical profiles.
· Vendor Management: Proven experience managing multiple vendors under high-demand pressure.
· Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate commercials and contractual terms.
· Tools: Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, and vendor management systems.
· Soft Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
· Create high-quality, detailed decks, spreadsheets, and documents with speed and accuracy using MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Wo
