Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Success Executive to join our GreenHR team. The role involves building strong relationships with clients, ensuring their smooth onboarding, training and be the resolve issues. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, and is able to convert into a long term professional relationship.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for employers, ensuring effective engagement and support.
- Onboard clients, give demo and provide necessary training or walkthroughs.
- Understand client’s requirements, enhancements and discuss with backend team for the resolution to client.
- Ensure timely resolution of client’s queries and issues by coordinating with internal teams.
- Build and maintain strong client’s satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor client’s usage, share insights, and encourage adoption of new features.
- Collect feedback and relay it to the product/operations team for continuous improvement.
- Support the sales and business development team in upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain and manage records of employer communications in CRM.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (preferably in BCA, MCA Business, Communications, HR, or related field).
- 0–3 years of experience in customer success, client servicing, HR solutions (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (both verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust.
- Good problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
